1: Dreamed I found a pile of photographs of an ex. They were photos with another woman, taken on a cross-country trip. She had dark hair and was wearing long dark dresses. Her arms around him. She was a performance artist. In the last photo, she was blindfolded and tied to a tree.
2: Dreamed there was a lovely fountain. The statue at the center was a beautiful woman. Each day I walked by her, the water got a little lower. One day we watched the stone woman walk away because the water was gone. Someone in the crowd pointed at me, “it’s her fault!”
3: In my dream last night: his unfinished silver road bike with no seat, his literary magazines, his hats, his leaving without saying goodbye.
4: Dreamed I had a pet vulture I kept in the attic. I visited it daily, fed it flesh. One day I forgot to visit. I went the next morning but it had been eaten alive by a rat. Another scavenger. Its bones were clean on its perch. Instead of a skull a small box of light blinked on/off.
