The writing here is by Michael Murray from around 1991. At the time, Mike and I were friends, roommates, and ne’er-do-wells while I was studying art at the University of Ottawa. I was working on a series of stenciled prints and asked Mike to contribute a piece of writing. I can’t recall whether he wrote it specifically for the project or if it was something he already had.
